Are you a girl between the ages of 8 and 14 looking for a fun way to learn the game of rugby? Come to our “Give it a Try” nights, taking place each Tuesday from April 23rd to May 28th, 6:30 pm—7:30 pm. Walk-ins are welcome any night. UL Bohemian RFC wish Tommy O’Donnell the very best with his retirement from professional rugby at the end of the season.

Tommy started in Clanwilliam FC & then lined out for UL Bohemian RFC in the AIL before he made his Munster debut against Scarlets in 2007 as a 20-year-old Academy player & then went on to make 186 Munster appearances since his debut and earned 13 caps for Ireland. Tommy was named as Greencore Munster Rugby Academy Player of the Year in 2009 and Munster Rugby’s Player of the Year in 2013, he also featured in two 6 Nations-winning campaigns for Ireland. 3 UL Bohs Women’s Players Named In Women’s Six Nations – Ireland V Wales

Ireland will be captained by our very own Ciara Griffin this Saturday April 10th, in the opening game of the Women’s Six Nations 2021 Championship campaign. The match will take place at Cardiff Arms Park, kicking off at 5pm. This will be live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player, with Griggs’ starting XV showing three changes to the side that beat Italy at Energia Park last October. Our Underage Players Supporting Our Elderly Community With Care Packs

We are very proud of our UL Bohs Under 6’s and Under 7’s players and their recent involvement in reaching out to our local community, to spread happiness during these hard times. Our wonderful under 6’s and under 7’s decided as the youngest members of the rugby club, they would like to support the elderly members of our community during these difficult times that we are all facing. Fantastic news for our club as we announce the arrival of brand new Rhino equipment for our UL Bohs underage players. To support the continuous improvement in the level of coaching and training experience for our UL Bohs underage players, we have directed funds collected as part of the Your Club Your Country draw.  The funds from Your Club Your Country have been used to purchase specialised top of the range RHINO rugby equipment. UL Bohs Lynne Cantwell has been appointed as SA Rugby’s first High Performance Manager for Women’s Rugby

UL Bohs are absolutely delighted for our very own, Lynne Cantwell, who has been appointed SA Rugby’s first High Performance Manager for Women’s Rugby.
